Pyracanda (Deu) - Two Sides of a Coin (1990)

Doesn't sound like teutonic, it misses the rawness and madness of German thrash metal bands, but Pyracanda's Two Sides of a Coin is still a great album nevertheless. The guitars are great, I like the melodic approach here and there, it is aggressive and thrashy for most of the time and really fun to listen
