Wrath (USA) - Fit of Anger (1986)

Now this is some fucking amazing riffs together with crazy, kick-ass soloing and nice, melodic vocals that kept me thinking about Metal Church all the way through the record. And yeah I know - 1986 again. Anyway guys from Wrath really did a good job on that album. And look at the cover - one of the more interesting ones I've seen.
